Deposit Refunds

We want you to take making our Christian miniature items seriously. To give people the chance to work at home, we need to know that we will not lose money if they don't have the patience or interest to complete the assembly of a kit. That is why we have a deposit for each kit we send out.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund applies whenever you stop without completing a kit. It does not matter if you have completed zero or 99% of the items in the kit. In this case, we refund half of your deposit. You must return any tools and left over materials (if any), include your name and address, and mark the package "Partial". You must do this within the first sixty (60) days from the postmark date on the kit.

Since you can get this refund no matter whether you have used up none or all of the materials, you should definately try it out before returning it.

Our expenses of advertising, offices, toll-free ordering, packing, shipping, used materials, and restocking are covered by the half of the deposit that we keep.

Applying a Partial Refund to Another Kit (Exchanges)

It's not a good idea to try a different Christian miniature item before you finish the one you have. Concentration and some skill is needed for any of Christian Miniatures' items.

However, if you want, we will apply your refund check to another kit. That means that you would only have to send an additional $27.50 if you want to exchange kits. Follow the instructions above for partial refunds, but mark the package "Exchange".

Full Refunds

Full refunds are given when you make a complete correct set of Christian miniatures from one of our kits. You just check that box on the product submission form included with the kit.

Applying a Full Refund to Another Kit

You do not need to send an additional deposit if you want to use your full refund as the deposit on another kit. You just check that box on the product submission form included with the kit.
